A Retrofit Designer works closely with Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators to create a comprehensive improvement plan that integrates energy-saving technologies, insulation upgrades, heating solutions, and ventilation enhancements. The design is based on thorough assessments, including RdSAP evaluations, floor plans, condition reports, and occupancy assessments, ensuring that every measure is practical, cost-effective, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
