Over the last five years, I Jalil Saboor has progressed through key compliance and leadership roles within the UK retrofit and energy-efficiency sector, developing strong expertise in PAS 2030, PAS 2035, and PAS 2017 delivery. Experience includes roles as Retrofit Compliance Officer, Retrofit Compliance Manager, and currently Retrofit Coordinator and Assessor at STEPSOFT Ltd, supporting ECO4 and GBIS schemes. Responsibilities have covered end-to-end retrofit coordination, assessments, design oversight, quality assurance, audits, and stakeholder management. Qualifications include Level 5 Retrofit Coordination, Domestic Energy Assessor, and specialist training in traditional buildings and internal wall insulation, supported by TrustMark accreditation and industry recognition
